Saturday afternoon, I have a mission: Dinner for four.
A friend of mine asked me if I was so kind to cook a nice dinner... and he asked for the main curse: 'Une Pintade au Pastis' (I don't like Pastis!!)
I took my cell phone to the kitchen and recorded everything!

  • 1 2kg Pintada
  • 250 g Butter
  • 3 Glasses of Pastis

  • 5 Big Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Some Parsley, Chives
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
