Ingredients:

16 (1.380 Kg) Chicken Wings
Ketchup (or Catsup) - Heinz!
English Sauce
Mustard (Moutarde de Dijon) - the cheap one!
Apricot Jam
Butter
Salt & Peper

While cooking (and explaning how to) and drinking (nothing to explain) I'll try to take you back in time to the year 2000 and see what happenned then and why now I'm celebrating Six Years of French Life.
